SnipEdit: I'll add my own query though it's vague.A long time ago on my families old computer, that used an OS that wasn't Windows sometimes in the mid to late 90's. It was a very simplistic RPG where you played a man who's family (and whole village) had been killed by the local baddie.

You would start the game and walk forward a few steps (top-down view, very, very, old simple graphics) find your home village burned, get the message the baddie did it and you must quest to stop him. From there you went forward and at some point found a cave and when you entered it you got to the first dungeon (of which there were two) a multi-leveled place (it used a random dungeon generator, possibly one of the first). It would be a white background with black lines for walls, you would wander around collecting items (there was a ton of different equipment for your dude) while fight bad guys (ghosts, manticores, gelatinous cubes, classic D&D stuff). From there you went to the major city and the castle/fort/base of the baddie and started making your way through the levels of that place. And that was it. It was small in content but I loved the randomly generated dungeons and collecting equipment and gold and improving my dude.

Quest games send you off on adventures in distant lands, and as furry creatures, too! The Quest for the Golden Wheel. Portal Quest: Gun Game. Sep 06, 2013  WHO IS THE BEST? TALKING TOM vs MINION - LITTLE MOVIES 2020 Little Movies - Games & Fun 579 watching Live now.

I would love to be able to play it again. That's Castle Of The Winds.Or at least it sounds VERY much like it.Oh my gawd! Thank you so much!!! I've been hunting for this game for a long time now, I've posted in a few of these 'can't remember the title' threads around and your the first to know it. Okay, how about this one.I used to go to my neighbors and play this side scrolling, math game where you went around and tried to find a certain number of a certain item, like you would have to find 3 bushes or 2 big sunflowers. It took place all on different levels of a cliff and when you found the right scene then you took a math challenge. After a certain number of challenges you would go to the top of the cliff to the castle and collect a treasure and slide all the way back down and do it all over again.I've scouring the internet for the name of this game and I just can't find it.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Hello:) Okay so there's this old game I remember playing like, 9 years ago on the PS1 (i think), and I'm hoping someone knows what I'm talking about. So I think the game was an RPG with a turn-based fighting system, much like the pokemon games. You started out playing as a guy, and then one night while you were sleeping your little sister woke you up because something was wrong. And you can fight these jelly blob things that make noises and get all spikey when they attack. I don't remember much after that, but somewhere along the way you are either in a group with/friends with/or can control a girl who fights with you. And if your group needs money you can go into some bar or something and have her do karaoke/dance or something.I know this probably isn't helpful, but does anyone have an idea of what that game might be? I was thinking it could be in the final fantasy/legend of zelda family, but I'm not so sure.

I just remember that I loved that game and I want to play it again. I remember playing this spaceship 1 on 1 fighting game probably more than ten years ago on an old apple mac, you start off with a crap ship and crap guns against an evenly matched enemy, you get money for killing them and you can then buy upgrades for your ship inbetween battles if you saved up enough money you could even buy a better ship, i think the best thing about the game was that it had little sound bites from tv when you killed an enemy or died yourself, i remember hearing some guy from star trek going 'hes dead jim!' ' when i killed someone then you would hear fred from the flintstones go 'yaba daba doooo!' ' lol it was an awsome game and it was realy hard. I remember it being called something like doZ but i cant find any evidance of that name or this game anywhere online. Can anyone help me i would love to get a pc version or even some information on it?

Alrighty Ive read every page seeing the game knoweledge here and after 6 hrs of computer staring and no game help from google Links someone help me lol. It's for playstation 2 my friend let me borrow and after getting ultra mad at it I quit, You were this bionic enhance guy who could make his bionic arm and stuff into diffrent weapons as you spent experience to upgrade like scythe's and such. Whenever you killed anything blood would explode everywhere and when I farmed up alot of experience and was sure I'd beat the first boss and went and fought HIm, he was wearing a red tech suit only his was way more advanced and he killed me fairly easily. So i quit.Sorry if thats not much of a help. There was an adventure/rpg game on the playstation(at least I think it was the playstation). It was fantasy, the usual young boy on a quest malarkey.Side view, and when you ran out of the screen, the view would jump to the next area as opposed to just scrolling along with your char. Turn based battles.I also seem to remember one part about having to break down a tree so that you could cross a river.Any help would be appreciated! This sir I gaurentee 100% no doubt in my mind is Legend of the Dragoon: Disc 1 when you first start out.

And that tree had me confused when I was a kid. Great game still own it. Sorry this answer is super late but I just found the site. Ok so there was a PC game in the late 1990s, it really didn't have a point to it and you couldn't win the game. Hello everyone!

I wonder if you can help me with this.It was a Playstation 1 game, and i only had it on a demo disc. The opening scene was of a big ship at sea (and i think the game title appeared on screen over the background) and you could choose the language; English or Japanese (it was a japanese game). And then it skips to two people talking on the ship (a boy and a girl), with large heads for some reason. They're just talking to each other for a few minutes and the girl shakes her head and says she's scared to go on the island. And then the boat reaches the island, and you play the male character on the island.I can't remember much about the gameplay, except that you collected little hearts to boost your health, and that near the beginning you have to push some boxes up near a high ledge, so that you could jump on the box and then onto the ledge. Also, I think the character's name was in the title (for some reason i think it was a complicated/japanese name) followed by a word like 'Adventure' or 'Island' or 'Quest' or 'Journey', or something like that. But may be wrong about the title.Any help would be much appreciated! There is a game i remember playing, you played as this human looking alien (except he had spots on his arm) and he had a picture in his spaceship of his wife(or girlfriend?).I remember his ship would talk to him and he called it 'Bebe' it was a top-down shooter and there were ores littered across the ground everywhere which you could use to buy (and upgrade?) weapons. You saved these things that looked like merlocks (only taller) and the enemys were cyborgs of these creatures (they were a tribal race).

I also remember enemys such as boars, and weapons such as a stationary turret, and a smaller turret that flew behind you following. I also remember a multiplayer mode as well.any help would be appreciated. Ok so here goes i made an account just to find this game, ill try to discribe as best i can, the game was from the 90's and i played it on a copy CD my friends dad got from hongkong, the game was in english, you had to build a base and research to upgrade, i remember researching hydroponics, there was a large research tec tree, the main map layout was kind of like risk to attack another city/planet you had to fill your pods with your men and attack, i think you had a choice of what alian races you could be, in your base you would build defence towers ect. If i remember anything else that might help ill let you know. Its was a great game and very addective.

I remeber a game for playstation 1, and it was either a ninja or a samurai. You could run along roofs and kill people. One of the bosses was a buddha or was infront of a buddha, i think it was the first boss. And the last level was like a massive cave and it had lava in there. You had to save your family but they get out of the cave and the rocks fall on you haha. Sorry for the bad grammar and all that but i really want to play this game, i always remember my next door nabour playing it infront of me.

I think it came out around the time of ctr crash team racing. Sorry I don't have too much to go on here for this one.trying to remember from 15 years ago when I am only 23 doesn't help much:PBut from what I remember, RTS game for PC from the 90s, main thing I can really remember is that you one of the main ways to attack your enemy is with the robots that are able to transform into planes or something like that to get to their destination.Oh and another one for PC, Horror, also from the 90s, you are playing as this woman who just moved into a mansion with her husband. Turns out bunch of demon worshipping and such had gone on involving bunch of horrific stuff where as you explore you have the visions of it. Spanned across about 7 discs, and in the end the husband was possessed.Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance. I have my doubts of finding the name of this game but it's always better to try than not at all.Well, the game I'm looking for is an old arcade cabinet game that I played in the early 90's, probably around '95 or '96 when I was little in a laundromat. It's a ship shooter game, very similar to Raiden or Gradius, but I distinctly remember that in addition to getting better versions of weapons when picking up upgrades, the ship also got bigger. It was like the upgrades upgraded the ship itself, which in turn upgraded the weapons.

It was a vertical scroller game, similar also to Twin Cobra for the Sega Genesis. I hope someone can help identify this game and also, if you can, let me know if there are any PC/recent versions of this game. Ok heres a challengethis one I played on windows 95/98It was an educational game, I think encyclopedia might have been in the titleit was one where you would go to different parts of the world and click on thingsanyway your guide or main charachter was essentially a space frog, he wore a bubble like space helmet and had a lily pad shaped flying platform which was like a space segway (that could fly)you could also go to his space ship, theres one thign I remeber where there was a song about the planets that went 'Mercury now is the one.closest to the shining sun!' Thats all I can remember from the songnow figure that one outDUDE, I'M LOOKING FOR THAT GAME RIGHT NOW! Let me see if I can help you. The frog's name was Tad. At the beginning, he always said, 'You can call me Tad.'

You went to different habitats to see different animals. Like the farm had a pig and a cat.

There was also the arctic as one of the habitats. I hope I figure it out soon!

Oh, the song went like this:Mercury now is the one closest to the shining sun. Venus, Earth, and then comes Mars, orbiting that burning star. Something about Jupiter and Saturn that I don't remember. Uranus is blue and green, it's COLD and minus 553 degrees!

Neptune is the blue-ish one, it's atmosphere is hydrogen! And then something about Pluto.Good luck! I remeber a game for playstation 1, and it was either a ninja or a samurai.

You could run along roofs and kill people. Pizza creator pizza connection 3. One of the bosses was a buddha or was infront of a buddha, i think it was the first boss. I think it came out around the time of ctr crash team racing.Tenchu: Stealth Assassins. Good times were had.

That sounds right, cant belive somone remembers it (and the song as well)it was similar to anotherone I would play called 'dangerous creatures' not the same game obviously but they were very similar.

If i remember anything else that might help ill let you know. Its was a great game and very addective.Going out on a limb.Deadlock: Planetary Conquest? Some Super Nintendo game that was a top down shooter that had 2 player co-op. I know you won money as you went through the game and after every level, you could upgrade your character with the money.

I don't remember much else about it though. But I have scoured the net looking for it. Would be awesome to get it again.Another one was on Sega where you played as a wizard and it was a dungeon crawler. When you encountered enemies it went to a black screen with you and the monster and you had so many seconds to do certain button combos as attacks and either you would die or the monster would.

The only thing I knew how to do was make the monster's head explode. I remember playing a game in my brothers room but can't remember the name or the console it was on. I'm looking for an older PC game. It was a ship shooter that allowed you to switch views between first and third person. You could go any direction to fly. The objective was to go around to different worlds and eliminate the enemy presence. Some worlds were city based, rural, one was underwater.

Never actually went into space, just on the worlds. Usually a boss fight at the end of every level. Ninja legends script.

I seem to recall there were some kind of power ups. I remember playing a game in my brothers room but can't remember the name or the console it was on.
